The World Series of Poker will roll out its first-ever WSOP Circuit stop in Virginia next month, when the popular tour visits the local Caesars in Danville for 18 ring events on September 3.
The series continues through September 14 with over $1 million in guarantees across all events and features a $1,700 Main Event with three flights that start on September 10.
It's the first-ever WSOP stop for Caesars Virginia, which opened a new WSOP-branded poker room in 2024. The fresh location should draw players from the surrounding parts of Southern Virginia, as well as nearby North Carolina.
The schedule features a lot of the standard WSOP Circuit favorites, like a $600 Mini Main Event opener with a $250K guarantee, which will offer four opening flights during the first weekend.
The second of five six-figure guarantees rolls off on September 7, when the $150K $400 Monster Stack offers the first of its three flights. Another big guarantee, the $1,100 buy-in's $100K, will boost the week on Wednesday on the road to the first flight of the Main Event on Thursday.
Caesars Virginia will host its first-ever WSOP event next month. The Main Event offers a $500K guarantee and three starting flights from September 10-12. Everyone's fighting for a spot on Day 2, where the survivors will clash on Sunday for their seat at Monday's final table.
Finally, the last six-figure guarantee goes down during the closing weekend, when the $2,200 High Roller puts up a $100K prize pool. Check out the rest of the schedule for more information on 18 different ring events.
