‘That’s when I became obsessed’
Kylie Jenner recently discussed her love of poker with Vanity Fair earlier this month, in which she shares the story of how a vacation with friends turned into a fascination with the game.
“Two years ago on a friend trip, all the boys were playing poker, and I didn't really understand it,” Kylie explains. “They just taught me how to play, and then I started watching tournaments, and that's when I became obsessed.”
That got us thinking. Just like her, we all have our ‘origin story’ as poker players: it might have been a memorable night at college, a gutsy win, a lucky river, or a perfectly timed bluff.
Everyone’s story is different, which is why we want to hear yours.
When did poker get its hooks into you?
Tell us your poker story, and you could be adding another chapter to it in April with a trip to Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
