Level 32: 150,000/300,000 (300,000)

Hamid Izadi opened to 800,000 on the button, and Louis George three-bet to 3,500,000 from the big blind. Izadi shoved, covering George, who had around 20,000,000 to start the hand.  George called, putting himself at risk.

Louis George: [As][3d]
Hamid Izadi: [8h][8s]

Izadi was a big favorite, needing to fade one overcard with his pocket eights. George picked up a ton of outs after the [5d][7d][4d] flop gave him a double-gutshot, a flush draw, and a live ace. Izadi faded roughly half the deck as the rest of the board ran out [Jc][Kc], securing the victory.

  • Hamid Izadi - 59,600,000
  • Louis George - eliminated

Level 32: 150,000/300,0000 (300,000) - 2 remaining

Hamid Izadi opened to 800,000 from the button, and Louis George defended from the big blind.

Both players checked the [5d][4s][8h] flop, leading to the [2h] turn. George bet 800,000, and Izadi called.

George bet 3,000,000 on the [Qc] turn, and Izadi raised to 12,000,000. George thought for about a minute before mucking.

"I had you until the river?" George asked Izadi.

"You had me at hello," Izadi jokingly replied as he took the pot.

  • Hamid Izadi - 33,000,000
  • Louis George - 27,000,000

Izadi had two pair with [Td][9c], but Goerge turned over a higher two pair with [Kh][9s].

"Nice hand," Izadi told his opponent, as George dragged in the pot.
